About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates for various technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Search and shortlist candidates using Boolean search and relevant keywords.
Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
Assess candidate communication, experience, interest, and overall fitment.




Coordinate technical interviews and interview schedules with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future IT requirements.
Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and software development roles.
Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, etc.
Basic knowledge of Boolean search techniques is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
