As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and organizational development initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world HR practices in a professional and compassionate work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
Maintain HR records, databases, and attendance reports
Support learning & development and performance management initiatives
Handle employee communication and HR coordination tasks
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for smooth HR operations

Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team spirit
