Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance of the complete plant including machinery, utilities, and equipment.
Lead, guide, and manage a team of technicians for daily maintenance tasks.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns to minimize production loss.
Coordinate with project teams for installation, commissioning, and upgradation of equipment.
Monitor and optimize maintenance costs while ensuring safety and compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and reports related to maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for plant reliability and efficiency.
