Roles and Responsibility
Conduct thorough analysis of employee data to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
Develop and implement effective vetting processes to mitigate identified risks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand Job Requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Review resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify top talent.
Coordinate interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and performance.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with candidates and employees.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in employee vetting or recruitment services.
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
