Role & responsibilities
Lead and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure smooth and productive execution of daily activities.
Manage inventory levels to maintain accuracy, availability, and timely replenishment.
Oversee inbound (receiving), storage, and outbound (dispatch) processes.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and promote a secure working culture.
Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and operational workflows.
Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.
Analyse operational data and prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
12 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
Robust understanding of Inbound, Storage/Inventory, Outbound and Returns processes.
Mandatory: Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
