Core Responsibilities
Academic Instruction: Deliver engaging daily lessons across core subjects (such as Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies) or guide students through an inquiry-based framework.
Classroom Management: Oversee daily attendance, organize classroom routines, maintain a secure and clean workplace, and enforce positive behavior policies.
Student Welfare & Pastoral Care: Monitor the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each student, offering individual support where needed.
Parent Communication: Act as the primary link between home and school, updating families regularly on academic progress and behavior via emails, meetings, or portals.
Assessment & Administration: Track grades, write progress reports, maintain accurate school records, and plan weekly/unit curriculums





Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant specialized field (Master's preferred).
Certification: Valid state, national, or international teaching license/certification (e.g., PYP/IB or Cambridge credentials if applicable).
Experience: Prior experience working with children in a classroom or educational support workplace.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, patience, empathy, organization, adaptability, and cultural awareness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
