Roles and Responsibility
Manage and process orders from receipt to cash application.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and payments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and payment processing.
Analyze and report on order performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of experience in order to cash operations, preferably in collections processing.
Robust knowledge of order management systems and processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
