Inside Sales Executive
We are looking for a target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, provide suitable solutions, and drive sales conversions. The role involves lead generation, customer counselling, consultative selling, follow-ups, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
Conduct sales consultations and guide prospects through the decision-making and purchase process.
Manage leads from initial interaction to conversion and closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups and build robust customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, payment, onboarding, and successful closure.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.





Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
15 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, B2C Sales, Business Development, Counselling, Customer Success, EdTech Sales, or Customer-Facing roles.
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Solid sales acumen and consultative selling approach.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Solid follow-up, relationship management, and customer handling skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
