We are looking for a Production Engineer – Paint Shop to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily paint shop production activities and manpower.
Monitor painting processes, quality, productivity, and material consumption.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, process standards, and safety requirements.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and other cross-functional departments.
Drive productivity improvement and reduce paint/material wastage.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the paint shop.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience 4 to 10 Years
Experience in an automotive or industrial paint shop/manufacturing workplace is preferred.
