Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Achieve individual and team targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
Maintain accurate customer information and update records.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
Handle customer concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
