- Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly GPS performance and utilization reports.

- Monitor equipment online/offline status and generate exception reports.

- Track equipment movement, idle time, geofence violations, and utilization trends.

- Identify abnormal equipment behavior and escalate alerts to concerned stakeholders.

- Coordinate with GPS service providers for data accuracy and issue resolution.

- Maintain dashboards for fleet monitoring and performance analysis.

Diesel Management &

- Fuel MIS

- Prepare daily diesel issue, consumption, and reconciliation reports.

- Compare GPS-based fuel consumption data with actual diesel filling records.

- Identify fuel variances, unusual consumption patterns, and potential pilferage cases.

- Develop and maintain fuel benchmark reports across equipment categories.

- Reconcile HSD registers, GPS records, and ERP fuel data.

- Generate periodic reports on diesel efficiency and operational performance.

ERP Reporting &

- Compliance

- Generate reports from ERP Mechanical and Fuel modules.

- Validate the accuracy of diesel and equipment-related ERP entries.

- Monitor pending ERP transactions and ensure timely data entry compliance from project sites.

- Prepare exception reports for missing, incorrect, or delayed ERP data.

- Support ERP enhancement initiatives and reporting automation projects.

Data Analysis &

- Vigilance Support

- Analyze operational data to identify anomalies, risks, and process gaps.





- Prepare analytical reports to support vigilance investigations and audits.

- Maintain historical databases for trend analysis and management review.

- Design and develop dashboards, KPIs, and MIS reports for leadership teams.

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to management.

Required Skills &

- Competencies

Technical Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF Functions, Charts, Dashboards)

- Strong knowledge of GPS Tracking Systems and Telematics

- Experience in ERP Reporting (Mechanical/Fuel Modules preferred)

- Data Validation, Reconciliation, and MIS Reporting

- Dashboard Development and Data Visualization
