Job Summary

We are looking for a MIS Executive to manage sales data, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, track sales performance, and provide accurate business insights to the management team. The candidate will work closely with the Sales, CRM, and Management teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of real estate sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Daily Sales MIS, Weekly MIS, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Track sales executives' and property consultants' daily performance and targets.
- Maintain records of leads, site visits, follow-ups, bookings, and closures.
- Track lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios.
- Prepare sales funnel and pipeline reports.
- Monitor individual and team-wise sales targets vs.

- Maintain data related to leads, prospects, site visits, bookings, cancellations, and revenue.
- Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams to collect and verify daily data.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information in sales reports and coordinate for corrections.
- Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.
- Track project-wise and channel-wise sales performance.
- Maintain and update Excel trackers and databases regularly.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company and customer data.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF formulas, Charts, Filters, etc.
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage large volumes of sales data.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate sales MIS will be preferred.

Eligibility

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BMS, or any relevant field.
- 0–3 years of experience in MIS / Sales MIS / Real Estate / Sales Operations preferred.
- Candidates with strong Excel skills and relevant sales-reporting experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
