Job Summary

We are hiring experienced professionals for a Back Office / MIS role in the General Insurance sector. Candidates should have relevant insurance industry experience along with strong knowledge of MIS reporting and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update operational data accurately.
- Generate reports and dashboards using Excel.
- Monitor data and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned MIS and back-office activities.
- Support routine operational and data-management requirements.





Requirements
- HSC or above.
- Minimum 2 years of overall work experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in General Insurance.
- Experience in Health Insurance or Motor Insurance is required.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good analytical and data-management skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the Thane office.

Compensation ₹3.5 LPA to ₹5 LPA, based on relevant experience and skills.
