Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) to support critical business operations.

- Build, configure, and troubleshoot healthcare data interfaces using Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect) , ensuring secure and reliable data exchange across systems.
- Work with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 (v2, v3), FHIR, CCDA, and X12 , to enable seamless data integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams product managers, engineers, and clinical staff to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Debug and resolve issues in .NET applications and Mirth Connect channels, ensuring timely fixes and minimal downtime.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and interfaces.
- Stay current with emerging .NET technologies and Mirth Connect enhancements to drive continuous improvement in the technical stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications - 3-6 years of experience as a .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core .





- Proven hands-on experience with Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect) , including channel creation, transformers, and filters.
- Strong ability to implement complex data transformations and business logic using JavaScript within Mirth Connect.
- Experience managing full lifecycle of Mirth channels (Dev, QA, Production), including database connections, SFTP, and environment-specific configurations.
- Skilled in troubleshooting channel errors, resolving message processing failures, and addressing performance bottlenecks.
- Solid understanding of healthcare interoperability standards , especially HL7 v2 and FHIR.
- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server ), including writing advanced SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful API design .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development setting.
