Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant to lead the functional design and configuration of a D365 Project Operations implementation for a renewable energy project development client.

The consultant will work across the complete project lifecycle, including land acquisition, permitting, interconnection, procurement, project financials, approvals, and project stage-gate management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design for D365 Project Operations.
- Configure D365 Project Operations for project tracking, stage-gate management, budgeting, procurement, workflows, approvals, and financial tracking.
- Design functional solutions for land/real estate, environmental and permitting, and interconnection workflows.
- Work with technical teams on custom entities, Power Platform extensions, and third-party integrations.
- Define functional requirements and prepare functional design documents.
- Support UAT, data migration planning, and end-user training.
- Evaluate native D365 functionality vs. customization/integration based on business requirements.




- Collaborate with technical and development teams throughout implementation.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 Project Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in D365 Project Operations functional implementation and configuration.
- Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, workflows, approvals, project budgeting, and procurement.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, custom entities, and integrations.
- Experience with UAT, data migration, and functional documentation.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Renewable energy/project development domain experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
