Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft D365 Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure, and enterprise solution architecture .

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and delivering large-scale D365 implementations, leading technical teams, managing integrations, and establishing scalable architecture across D365 Sales, Project Operations/PSA, Finance & Operations, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Lead architecture and technical design for large-scale D365 CRM implementations.
- Drive solution architecture across D365 Sales, Project Operations/PSA, Finance & Operations (F&O;), and Power Platform .
- Design scalable integration architectures using Azure services, APIs, middleware, and other enterprise integration technologies.
- Define data architecture, data migration strategies, reporting solutions, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and other technical architects to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and QA teams.
- Establish development standards, architecture principles, coding practices, and implementation guidelines.




- Design and oversee Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Conduct technical reviews, architecture assessments, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural direction throughout implementation and production support.
- Mentor technical teams and contribute to capability development and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Project Operations / PSA
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;)
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Azure integrations and services
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines .

Solid understanding of:

- Enterprise integrations and APIs
- Data architecture and data migration
- Reporting and analytics solutions
- Security and integration architecture
- Application lifecycle management
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, extensions, and integration patterns.
