Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Noida for a Meta Lead Generation Intern. The intern will support the marketing and admissions teams by generating new leads through Meta platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram), running and monitoring paid campaigns, and optimizing ad performance for higher-quality inquiries.





Daily tasks include conducting basic market research, identifying target audience segments, updating lead databases, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up. The intern will also assist with creating and refining ad copies, creatives, and landing pages under guidance, and report on campaign metrics and lead conversion trends.

Qualifications

- Ability to generate and manage New Leads and perform effective Lead Generation activities on Meta platforms.
- Strong Market Research skills to understand target audiences, competitor activities, and campaign performance trends.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and engaging with prospective learners.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales , including understanding of funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion support.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
- Comfort with data entry, tracking leads in CRM or spreadsheets, and preparing simple performance reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in a team workplace, and manage time efficiently.
- Pursuing or completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is an advantage.
