– MES Consultant (Apriso / Siemens Opcenter) – Automotive /n Industry: Automotive Manufacturing /n Role Summary /n We are looking for an experienced MES Consultant with expertise in DELMIA Apriso and/or Siemens Opcenter to lead MES implementations and digital manufacturing initiatives for automotive clients. The candidate should have strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes, MES solution design, integration, and deployment. /n Key Responsibilities /n Lead MES implementation and enhancement projects using Apriso and/or Siemens Opcenter. /n Gather business requirements and translate them into MES solutions. /n Configure and customize MES modules such as Production, Quality, Traceability, Work Instructions, and OEE. /n Integrate MES with SAP ERP, PLM, SCADA, PLCs, and other shop-floor systems. /n Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support activities. /n Collaborate with business, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to drive process improvements.



/n Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members. /n Required Skills /n 8–10 years of experience in MES/Manufacturing IT. /n Hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso and/or Siemens Opcenter Execution Discrete. /n Valuable understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (Assembly, Body Shop, Paint Shop, Powertrain). /n Experience with MES-ERP integration, preferably SAP. /n Knowledge of SQL, APIs/Web Services, and manufacturing system architecture. /n Familiarity with ISA-95 and Industry 4.0 concepts. /n Preferred Qualifications /n Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field. /n Experience working with Automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers. /n Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. /n Role Level: Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant /n Technology: DELMIA Apriso, Siemens Opcenter, MES, SAP Integration, Industry 4.0
