Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a high-performing Merchant Integration &

- Solutions Engineer to join our fast-paced Merchant Integration team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise and mid-market merchants, serving as the primary technical interface between client developers and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Merchant Onboarding &
- Technical Enablement: Manage end-to-end client onboarding workflows for new and existing merchants across web, mobile, and app platforms.
- API Integration &
- Implementation: Assist merchant development teams in integrating REST APIs, Webhooks, Seamless/Hosted Checkouts, and Payment Gateway switches (UPI, Cards, NetBanking, BBPS, Wallets).
- Testing &
- UAT Certification: Perform and facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system integration testing (SIT) to validate transaction payloads, response codes, checksum/hash validations, and callback URLs.
- Technical Troubleshooting &
- Defect Triage: Diagnose and resolve complex API integration issues, payload mismatches, timeout errors, signature verification failures, and network drop-offs during pre-production and post-go-live phases.




- Documentation &
- Developer Support: Maintain and update merchant integration kits, developer API specifications, sample codes, Postman collections, and FAQs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development teams to escalate critical bugs and track merchant go-live schedules.

Required Profile &

- Skills:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in technical integration, solutions engineering, or technical client onboarding within a fintech, payment gateway (PG/PA), or banking environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong functional understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, Webhooks, HTTP status codes, and Postman API testing.
- Payment Domain Knowledge: Valuable grasp of digital payment mechanisms (UPI, Card Acquiring, NetBanking, Tokenization, Settlement &
- Refunds, Webhook lifecycles).
- Testing &
- Quality Assurance: Hands-on experience in UAT System Integration Testing, test case design, and transaction log analysis.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / BCA degree.
