Role Description The MEP Plumbing Designer role at Quest Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the designer will develop detailed plumbing designs and layouts for building projects, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems, in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

The responsibilities include preparing CAD or BIM drawings, performing calculations, coordinating with other MEP disciplines, and supporting design reviews to ensure constructability and efficiency. The designer will collaborate closely with project engineers, architects, and contractors, resolve design issues, and assist in producing technical documentation, schedules, and material specifications. The role also involves supporting site teams with design clarifications and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design and development of PHE systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. As a Senior PHE Design and Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire process from conceptualization to implementation, guaranteeing that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Utilize Revit, Revizto, and Autocad to create detailed designs and drawings that meet industry standards and client requirements. Your expertise in these software tools will be instrumental in producing accurate and cutting-edge designs that exceed client expectations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your strategic planning and project management skills will be essential in driving successful project outcomes and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of PHE systems, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting cross-functional teamwork.



Your ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams will be key in achieving project milestones and delivering integrated solutions that meet client needs.

Skills:
- Autodesk Revit, Dendrit, Revizto, AutoCAD, Plumbing, Rain Waste & Portable water management including gas handling
- Relevant Code Knowledge for the European market.
- Experience in load calculation and pipe sizing für Waste & Potable water management
- Bonus knowledge of the german market and the Dendrit software
