We are looking for a Financial Advisor & Strategic Investor who can contribute both capital and financial expertise to support the company’s next phase of growth.

The Opportunity: Board of Advisors (BOA)

As we navigate this national expansion, we are convening an exclusive Board of Advisors limited to just 5 visionary leaders. Given your deep executive experience, we believe your strategic guidance would be instrumental.

We are looking for a collaborative partnership where your expertise will directly influence our trajectory in the following key areas:

- Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Drive our financial strategy, assist in structuring term sheets, connect with potential institutional investors, and help us raise the necessary capital to fuel our expansion plan.
- Business Operations & Execution: Mentor our leadership team on optimizing unit economics, maintaining rigorous operational governance, and executing our national rollout efficiently to maximize investor ROI.
- HR & People Management: Guide us in building a high-performance organizational culture, establishing scalable HR frameworks, and attracting top-tier talent to lead our regional hubs and corporate functions.
- Market Expansion & Strategic Alliances: Leverage your network to secure lucrative CSR partnerships and distribution channels, helping us scale seamlessly into new geographic markets.

Investment in VINC DEEPTECH is a prerequisite for this role. The candidate is expected to make a meaningful investment in the company, with the investment amount, instrument and commercial terms to be mutually agreed upon based on the candidate’s profile and the company’s funding requirements.

The investment is intended to ensure long-term alignment between the Advisor and the company.





Key Responsibilities

- Advise the Founder and Board on financial strategy, capital allocation and growth planning.
- Develop and review financial models, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow plans.
- Advise on fundraising, valuation, equity/debt structuring and investor negotiations.
- Review project-wise profitability, pricing and unit economics.
- Strengthen working-capital and cash-flow management.
- Establish investor-ready MIS, financial reporting and due-diligence documentation.
- Evaluate the financial viability of large government and institutional projects.
- Support management in preparing for future institutional fundraising.
- Work with the CA, finance team and auditors to strengthen financial governance.

Ideal Candidate

- CA / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, FP&A; or financial advisory.
- Proven experience in startup finance, fundraising and valuation.
- Strong financial modelling and business-analysis skills.
- Experience with government projects, EdTech, technology or education businesses will be an advantage.
- Strong network among investors, lenders and financial institutions is preferred.

The role requires a strategic finance partner and investor who is willing to actively participate in VINC DEEPTECH’s growth journey and bring financial discipline, investor perspective and capital to the company.

Compensation

- Advisory remuneration / retainer: Mutually agreed
- Investment: Mandatory
- Equity / ESOP / other incentives: May be considered based on investment size, experience and overall contribution
- Performance-linked success fee may be considered for specific fundraising or financing mandates.
