Lead medicinal chemistry strategy from hit identification through candidate nomination.
- Drive molecule design using SAR, SPR, DMPK and AI insights.
- Influence project direction through scientific hypothesis generation and decision making.
- Collaborate deeply with Biology, DMPK, Computational Chemistry, IP and Global leadership teams.
Preferred candidate profile PhD/ Doctor of Philosophy in Medicinal Chemistry or Synthetic Organic Chemistry from a leading research institution.
- International postdoctoral or global pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- 15-18 years of medicinal chemistry experience in Integrated drug discovery
- Experience progressing one or more programs to candidate nomination or clinical development
