Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Sales Representative at Sheril Healthcare. The role involves promoting and selling the company’s healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and other healthcare partners through virtual and field-based engagement where required.

The Medical Sales

Representative will build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, provide product education and demonstrations,



and support customers in selecting appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing leads and follow-ups, preparing sales reports, monitoring competitors, and coordinating with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and delivery. The role also requires consistent customer service, timely resolution of inquiries, and adherence to ethical sales practices and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong Medical Sales skills with experience in promoting healthcare, hygiene, or pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine or Pharmacy to understand product usage, indications, and customer needs.
- Ability to work remotely with self-discipline, time management, and proficiency in digital tools (CRM, video calls, online presentations).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the Indian healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sector is highly beneficial.
