The Regional Sales Manager – North Region will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships. This role requires deep understanding of radiation oncology equipment, strong business acumen, and the ability to engage with clinicians, medical physicists, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Drive sales of Radiotherapy accessories, including Dosimetry systems, Immobilization devices, Lasers, and related oncology solutions across the North region or PAN India .
- Identify recent business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers in hospitals, cancer centers, and diagnostic institutions.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clinicians and medical physicists.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers: Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Radiotherapy Technologists,



Biomedical Engineers, and Purchase Managers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the West region.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies in radiation oncology.
- Provide insights to management for product positioning, pricing strategies, and new product opportunities.
- Participate in conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to represent POCL and strengthen brand presence.

Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with service, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
