• Lead design, development, and optimization of Tableau dashboards and reports
• Architect and manage Tableau Server/Cloud settings
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations
• Perform dashboard performance tuning and data validation
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery and sprint activities
• 8–10 years in BI/Data Analytics; 6+ years in Tableau (Desktop, Server/Cloud)
• Robust SQL and data modeling experience
• Hands-on with Tableau Prep, extracts, LODs, and advanced calculations
• Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, etc.)
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
