Lead the overall Construction, LPG Bottling & Trading, and Building Materials Trading businesses.
Develop and execute the company's business growth and expansion strategy.
Take complete responsibility for revenue, profitability, cash flow and P&L.;
Identify and secure new construction, infrastructure, industrial and commercial projects.
Lead tendering, estimation, BOQ review, costing and commercial negotiations.
Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets.
Manage and develop relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
Monitor project-wise costs, margins, billing, collections and profitability.
Establish robust systems for project planning, MIS, reporting, monitoring and performance tracking.




Lead procurement and vendor negotiations for construction materials, equipment and services.
Develop and manage a strong team of Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial, Procurement and Site teams.
Ensure high standards of quality, safety, statutory compliance and project documentation.
Identify and control project risks, cost overruns, delays, contractual issues and claims.
Build new customer networks, strategic partnerships and business opportunities across construction and building materials.
Create a qualified management structure with explicit KPIs, accountability and processes, reducing day-to-day dependency on promoters.
