Key Responsibilities
Prepare and revise architectural and statutory drawings in compliance with DCPR 2034, MCGM regulations, circulars and applicable guidelines.
Prepare drawings and submissions for IOD, CC, amended CC, OC and other statutory approvals.
Handle FSI, TDR, fungible FSI, setbacks, height, parking, amenity and area calculations as applicable.
Coordinate with Architects, Structural/MEP Consultants, Liaison Consultants and Project Teams for drawing preparation and revisions.
Incorporate MCGM observations/comments and ensure timely resubmission of revised drawings.
Maintain proper records of submitted, revised and approved drawings with effective version control.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure execution is aligned with sanctioned plans and approved drawings.




Support the liaisoning team during authority inspections and approval-related activities.

Skills & Experience
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD and statutory drawing preparation.
Hands-on knowledge of DCPR 2034 and MCGM approval processes.
Experience in Mumbai real estate projects, preferably residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
Robust understanding of FSI/TDR, building regulations and development permissions.
Positive coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
Marathi proficiency will be an advantage.
