About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales of the company's AI-powered career solutions. You will engage prospective clients, showcase product value, and convert conversations into successful sales playing a key role in expanding the company's reach among job seekers.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through calling/telesales to generate business
Clearly communicate the features and perks of the company's AI-driven products
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Build solid rapport with prospects to drive conversions
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Candidate Requirements
Strong sales experience is a must (minimum 6 months in a sales role)
Preferred Industry Background: Insurance & EdTech
Graduate from a recognized university
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated
Prior tele-calling/telesales experience is an added advantage
Maximum Age: 33 Years
