Key Responsibilities
Provide breakdown support and troubleshoot ELV/BMS systems at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks.
Handle installation/service-related technical activities as required.
Coordinate with customers and attend customer meetings.




Maintain service reports and update customers regarding system status.
Travel between sites within Kolkata and to outstation locations when required.

Travel & Allowances
Site-to-site travel within Kolkata: Local conveyance reimbursed as per actuals.
Outstation travel outside Kolkata: 300 per diem.
Applicable travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Ideal Candidate: Candidate with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ELV/BMS service and maintenance, particularly ACS, Fire Alarm, CCTV and BMS systems.
