Role of the Candidate:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions across Oracle SaaS (Fusion ERP, HCM, CX) and on-premises systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including Process Automation, Visual Builder, and API integrations, as well as a robust grasp of middleware, REST/SOAP, and enterprise integration patterns.

Primary Skill
1015 years of IT experience in integrations using middleware technologies, with at least 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Expertise in building integrations using OIC components – Integration, Process Automation, Visual Builder, File Server and insight dashboards.
Must have knowledge of Fusion to OCI Data integration and transformation.
Strong experience with SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL
Solid experience in OAuth 2.0, Certificates, JWT, API Gateway, and Web Services Security.




Solid knowledge of Fusion SaaS adapters (ERP, HCM, CX), FTP/SFTP, Database, and On-Premises agent connectivity.
Should have python programming
Hands-on experience in XSLT transformations, BPEL process orchestration, and data mapping.
Experience with error handling, logging, monitoring, and alerting in OIC.
Exposure to DevOps for integration deployment (CI/CD pipelines, Git, migration tools).
Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and networking concepts is a plus.
Solid problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
Must have a good understanding of bulk data load to oracle fusion using FBDI template-based integration in OIC
Must have understanding of Database and design

Secondary Skill:
Positive to have knowledge of using OIC for multi-AI agent workflow orchestration.
Good to have knowledge in Integration with Fusion Financials.
Knowledge of OCI Components and architecture
Knowledge of Application Development over OCI, such as APEX etc.
Knowledge of AI and Gen AI development.
