Optimizing the injection moulding process to produce high-quality parts efficiently and consistently.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine moulding processes for current products.
Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
Optimize process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.) for improved part quality and productivity.
Preparing the trial reports after completion of each trails.
Has to take the recent mould trials on injection moulding machines.
Collaborate with quality, production, and design teams.
Skills:

Solid understanding of injection moulding processes and materials.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process control and optimization.
Should have the knowledge on injection moulding machines.
Understanding of SVGC injection system.
Should have the knowledge on injection Moulds.
Understanding of hot runner and cold runner systems
Mould design fundamentals and mould maintenance
