Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D; to identify opportunities for recent product development based on consumer insights and market trends.
Assist in concept creation, feasibility assessments, and development of business cases.
Manage product development timelines and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
Support prototype creation, lab trials, and product testing in collaboration with R&D; and quality assurance teams.
Utilize SAP to:
Create and maintain BOMs (Bills of Materials) and Material Master Data
Manage product lifecycle data, approvals, and change requests
Track project costs and inventory impacts
Ensure packaging and labeling compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Participate in current product launch planning and conduct post-launch performance evaluations.
Maintain explicit and organized documentation for all NPD projects using both internal systems and SAP.
