Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Developer & Trainer who can train freshers and help them become job-ready IT specialists.

The candidate should have positive practical knowledge in:
Frontend Development
Full Stack Development
Python Development

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical training for freshers.
Teach programming and development concepts with practical examples.
Conduct coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and projects.
Guide freshers in real-time projects.
Monitor fresher performance and learning progress.
Handle doubts and provide technical support.
Conduct technical evaluations and mock interviews.
Prepare freshers for technical interviews.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding fresher progress.
Maintain training schedules and learning discipline.
Update training content based on current industry requirements.





Required Technical Skills

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular

Full Stack: Frontend + Backend, REST API, Database, Git

Python: Core Python, Django / Flask / FastAPI, API & Database Integration

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 4 years of training experience.
Strong practical development knowledge.
Experience in training freshers.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Tamil & English Mandatory.
Should be comfortable working from office.
Strong mentoring and coordination skills.
