We are seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist to join our EHS team in a leading agrochemical manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and controlling occupational health hazards to ensure a secure and healthy workplace while complying with statutory and company EHS requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring for chemical exposure, dust, vapors, gases, fumes, noise, heat stress, illumination, indoor air quality, and ventilation.
Carry out workplace exposure assessments and recommend engineering, administrative, and PPE controls.
Develop and implement occupational health and industrial hygiene programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, OSHA guidelines, Factories Act, and company EHS standards.
Coordinate occupational health surveillance, medical monitoring, and exposure assessment programs & Ergonomics Study.
