Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, preferably within a technology or digital-first organization.
Hands-on experience in techno-commercial procurement, vendor management, contract lifecycle management, and commercial negotiations.
Exposure to sourcing SaaS, MarTech, IT software, skilled services, recruitment agencies, insurance, or other indirect procurement categories.
Valuable understanding of enterprise software licensing models, including subscription, consumption-based pricing, renewals, true-ups, and license optimization.
Experience with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa, or ServiceNow.
Solid analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing engagements simultaneously.
MBA or PGDBM specializing in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics preferred.
CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, CPP, or equivalent procurement certifications will be an added advantage.
