Role & Responsibilities
Investigate product, component, and system-level failures using engineering methodologies.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
Analyze field, warranty, validation, and test failures to identify failure trends and corrective actions.
Support FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA, reliability, and risk assessment activities.
Evaluate product performance and validation data to identify potential issues.
Work on powertrain and engine-related performance investigations and failure analysis.
Utilize Python and AI-based approaches for data analysis, pattern identification, and predictive insights.
Collaborate with Design, CAE, Testing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Validation teams.
Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and reliability.
