SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Employee Central

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, supporting configuration, enhancements, production support, and continuous process improvements
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and optimize recruiting and onboarding processes that improve user experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), including employee data management, foundation objects, position management, workflows, business rules, event reasons, organizational structures, and metadata framework (MDF) configuration.
Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reporting and analytics solutions using Ad Hoc Reporting, Canvas Reports, Story Reports, and Workforce Analytics to support HR, compliance, and business decision-making.
Support system integrations between Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, ServiceNow, and other SAP and non-SAP applications, ensuring accurate data flow and issue resolution.
Lead and coordinate testing activities, including unit testing,



system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT), while managing defect resolution and production readiness activities.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, support SAP releases, and implement sustainable solutions that maintain system stability and service levels.
Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, solution designs, knowledge articles, and operating procedures to support ongoing system administration and knowledge transfer.
Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, best practices, and recent functionality, providing recommendations to improve HR technology capabilities and business processes. Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with robust hands-on configuration expertise.
Hands on experience Employee Central, Business Rules, MDF, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Experience supporting integrations between SuccessFactors and downstream HR/payroll systems.
Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools, Workforce Analytics, and dashboard development.
Solid stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
