Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Hospitality – Restaurants & Dining | 5+ Years Experience | Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the F&B; Manager in overseeing daily restaurant and dining outlet operations.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high service standards.
Monitor quality control across food preparation, presentation, and service delivery.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Manage shift scheduling, staff attendance, and duty rosters to ensure optimal coverage.
Assist in menu planning, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and minimize wastage.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly F&B; revenue and prepare operational reports for management.
Coordinate with kitchen, banquet, and other departments for smooth operations.
Conduct staff briefings, performance evaluations, and on-the-job training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS




Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B; operations within the restaurant/hospitality sector.
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of restaurant service styles — à la carte, buffet, fine dining, and casual dining.
Hands-on experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
Ability to manage and lead a team of 15+ staff members.
Sound understanding of food costing, budget management, and P&L; basics.
Knowledge of HACCP or food safety certifications is an advantage.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
