Vanamo is looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a quick-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
Ensure consistency and quality in taste and presentation
Operate coffee machines and related equipment efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and café area
Interact with customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Take orders and handle payments when required
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Assist with stock management and daily opening/closing duties
Requirements & Skills
Prior experience as a Barista preferred
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure
