VideoSDK is a developer-first platform that enables companies to build real-time audio, video, and live streaming experiences. We work closely with developers and product teams to simplify complex communication infrastructure.
We are looking for a Developer Advocate who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, content, and community. You will help developers understand and adopt VideoSDK by creating content, demos, and engaging with the developer ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Create technical content such as blogs, tutorials, sample apps, and documentation
Build demo applications using VideoSDK APIs and SDKs
Engage with developers via platforms like GitHub, Twitter, YouTube, and developer communities
Conduct workshops, webinars, and technical sessions
Gather feedback from developers and share insights with the product team
Support developers in integrating and troubleshooting VideoSDK
Stay updated with trends in WebRTC, real-time communication, and developer tools
Required Skills
Basic understanding of JavaScript (Node.js / React preferred)
Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
Good communication and writing skills
Interest in content creation (blogs, videos, tutorials)
Understanding of Git/GitHub
Good to Have
Exposure to WebRTC or real-time communication
Experience creating technical content (blogs, YouTube, etc.)
Public speaking or community involvement
Knowledge of Docker or basic backend concepts
