Drive retention of partner schools within the assigned territory, along with effective management of the allocated team.
Manage key accounts (KAM) by building strong relationships and providing strategic product consultation to stakeholders, including school management, principals, teachers, parents, and students.
Plan and conduct regular orientation sessions, training programs, and workshops for relevant stakeholders.
Ensure seamless service delivery and drive effective product usage across schools to maximize impact.
Collaborate closely with the Product Team to establish a solid feedback loop and support continuous product improvement.
Achieve revenue targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Ei products within existing school accounts.
Ensure all payments come on time from partner schools
Knowledge, Experience & Qualification
· Solid educational background in teaching (B.Ed., Teacher Training, or equivalent).
· Valuable understanding of curricula, assessments,
and best practices in pedagogy.
· Relevant professional experience with a proven track record in education, account management, or a similar role.
· Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel extensively as required.
