Roles & Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development
Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and design layouts for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare schematic designs, mood boards, and visually strong design presentations.
Translate client requirements and project briefs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

Architectural Drawings & Documentation
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Produce construction documentation compliant with NBC, local municipal norms, and applicable codes.
Maintain accuracy and clarity in all technical documentation.

3D Modeling & Visualization
Create high-quality 3D models, rendered views, and walkthroughs for presentations.
Work with tools such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, and Lumion to visualize design concepts.

Coordination & Project Execution Support
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure integrated design output.
Assist site teams, vendors, and contractors with design interpretations and clarifications.
Support senior architects with approvals, submissions, and client presentations.

Quality & Delivery




Ensure timely delivery of design outputs as per project schedules.
Incorporate design revisions and feedback efficiently.
Uphold high design standards and attention to detail throughout project stages.

Preferred candidate profile

Professional Skills
Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch required; M.Arch preferred).
2–4 years of relevant experience in designing and visualizing residential and commercial projects.
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
Working knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials

Design Competencies
Solid aesthetic sense with ability to develop concepts independently.
Ability to create photorealistic 3D visualizations and presentation-quality graphics.
Good space-planning intuition and a problem-solving mindset.

Soft Skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
