We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Security Officer / ASO to manage security operations and maintain a protected and secure workplace at our manufacturing facility in Gummidipoondi.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor security personnel during assigned shifts.
Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
Maintain security registers and daily shift records.
Conduct regular rounds and monitor the premises.
Report any security incidents, safety concerns, or unusual activities to management.
Ensure employees and visitors follow company security procedures.
Coordinate with the HR and Factory Management teams when required.
Handle emergency situations and take appropriate action.
Ensure proper shift handover and maintain discipline within the security team.
Requirements
Previous experience in industrial/factory security is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Must be physically fit and disciplined.
Basic knowledge of security procedures and documentation.
Candidates with supervisory/security team-handling experience will be preferred.
Age: Below 45 years.
