Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business goals.
Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team.
Handle client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Positive knowledge of the Noida/Delhi NCR real estate market.
