Strong Good knowledge in Oracle / SQL (along with procedures and functions) and Linux including shell scripting.
Good knowledge in Bigdata / Pyspark - Should have atleast 4 years of experience in support - Awareness on web and app servers and good knowledge on deployments & data loads.
Good knowledge in operations / setting support.
Dedicated, diligent and effective. Good communication skills and prepare to go for extra mile - Domain knowledge in Finance / Liquidity reporting is an added advantage PROD and non-production environment support.
Ability and willingness to work in 24 / 7 support model, including night shifts.
Deployments & data loads - Incident / request tracking, investigation and closure - Change requests creation, review and implementation - Settings health checks and validations - Application and DB alerts setup and monitoring - DB refresh and maintenance - Identify the automation for repetitive activities and proposal for performance
