The Management Researcher will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and developing high-quality academic content in the field of management and business studies. The role involves understanding client requirements, performing structured research, and delivering original, well-referenced academic work for international clients while adhering to academic standards and deadlines.
This position offers exposure to global education systems and academic practices across multiple countries.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze and understand client academic requirements and guidelines
Conduct thorough primary and secondary research on management-related topics
Develop original academic content such as assignments, reports, case studies, and research-based documents
Ensure all deliverables are plagiarism-free and meet academic quality standards
Apply appropriate academic formatting and referencing styles (e.g., APA, Harvard, etc.)
Meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and content quality
Incorporate revisions and feedback as per client or quality team requirements
Coordinate with reporting managers and follow internal academic processes
Maintain confidentiality of client data and academic material
Comply with company policies and contribute positively to the workplace environment
Required Skills & Competencies
Robust written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent command of English grammar and sentence structure
Good research, analytical, and comprehension skills

Educational Qualification
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related disciplines preferred)
Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory
Experience
Freshers with robust academic writing and research skills are welcome
Experienced candidates with prior academic writing or research background will be preferred.
