We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience and positive practical knowledge of Zoho Books. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, invoicing, bank reconciliation, GST-related accounting work, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books
Prepare and process sales/purchase invoices
Handle receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries
Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
Generate financial and accounting reports from Zoho Books
Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for invoices and payment-related queries
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of assigned tasks
Required Skills:
1–2 years of experience in accounting/finance
Valuable working knowledge of Zoho Books
Basic knowledge of GST & TDS
Positive understanding of accounting principles and journal entries
Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification
Prior experience in a company using Zoho Books will be preferred
