Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve day-to-day business operations and processes.
Analyze sales, operational, and business reports to identify gaps and prospects.
Conduct R&D; to improve business performance and efficiency.
Use AI tools for reporting, automation, research, and process improvement.
Implement and monitor SOPs across teams.
Evaluate and implement offers, strategies, and current business initiatives.
Track business performance and provide actionable insights to management.
Identify ways to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.
Ensure proper execution and follow-up of management decisions.

Ideal Candidate
Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Good knowledge of AI tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.
Solid business understanding and execution skills.
Experience in operations, business development, or management preferred.
