Job Summary

NR Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to identify new business opportunities, build solid client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Contact potential clients and explain the company's products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct meetings and presentations with potential customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain regular reports of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.





Educational Qualification
Any degree or diploma is eligible.
Candidates from B.Sc., B.A., B.Com., BBA, BCA, Arts & Science, Diploma, or any other recognized discipline can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Skills Required
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and grow in a business development role.
