Role Overview The All India Football Federation (AIFF) is looking to hire a Media Coordinator to join its Media Department at Football House, New Delhi.

The role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a sound understanding of Indian Football, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced sporting workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop compelling storylines around Indian Football that can be highlighted across AIFF’s digital platforms and shared with external media organisations.
- Produce news reports, match reports, features, interviews, and other editorial content for the official AIFF website on short notice as and when required.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly across X, Instagram, and YouTube, with the ability to create and adapt content for digital audiences.
- Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders including players, coaches, team officials, external media personnel, and partner organisations as part of day-to-day communication and public relations responsibilities.
- Assist in planning and executing media operations.




- Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and matchdays, depending on operational requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised institution.
- Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in media, communications, journalism, sports media, public relations, or related fields would be ideal.
- Strong writing and editorial skills in English are essential.
- A keen understanding, passion, and knowledge of Indian Football is non-negotiable.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
